📢 大假挑選優先次序聲明 / Policy Statement on Leave Selection Priority

為鼓勵各位同事保持身心健康，我們採用「健康優先」原則。病假天數較少的同事將獲得較高的選假優先權（若病假天數相同，則以入職日期較早者優先）。

此安排絕非為了懲罰曾經請病假的同事，而是為了獎賞一直保持身體健康的員工。感謝各位的理解與支持！

To encourage everyone to maintain a healthy body and mind, we adopt a "Health First" principle. Colleagues with fewer sick leave days will have higher priority for selecting annual leave (if tied, priority is given to those with an earlier join date).

Please be assured that this arrangement is by no means intended to penalize colleagues who have taken sick leave, but to reward those who have maintained good health. Thank you for your understanding and support!
